Which server to join is entirely up to you. If your from anywhere in Europe 'Syntax' should be your choice as it contains most of the MxO's European community, don't think that if your not European that you shouldn't though... There are a load of people on there from all over the US too.
Only choose Vector if you want to play the game with full Player vs Player action ALL THE TIME! (Best to get used to the game in another server first and make your second player there.
Don't worry about the time you do or do not have to play, just play at your own pace... And don't forget to have fun >: )

I disagree - Input was the euro server with euro times and was melded into Vector. Therefore i predict Vector to be the most peeps local to you. However where ever you are from there will always be a 1000 + on with you so enough to meet.
Vector is a tough world to grow up on but ultimately the most interesting i feel. And with limited time more than one character would be time consuming and annoying. So it depends what type of game you want, vector is all out war, no prisoners, and you will die more often. But you will end up better for it and with (i feel) a more interesting world.
