usually at a operative vendor, martial arts vendor or get sum1 to code it for you
I don't think you will find them on a Richland operative vendor so go to westview or international and the operative vendors there should have them. Or you might get lucky and find them on the marketplace with a low price tag.
You can get all of these from the vedor neat the stamos northwest hardline. If you dont have the hardline just om the subway on the red line and get of at Stamos. The vendor you need is at coords x-569 y1 z202
