i just got my rifleman tree, Its fun and all but there is a few problems- My rifle butt wont work in interlock , and in free fire I can only hit the people 50% of the time. What attributes do I need for this tree? I am thinking its focus but im not quite sure.

You're right, it's Focus. Every point of Focus gives 0.1 RCT, so for every 10 points, you get 1 point of RCT.
Rifles have an inherent subtraction to CT, meaning RCT is even more important, as you'll hit less frequently than with a Shotgun/Pistol/SMGer with the same equipment and attributes.
The most important thing is clothes. You can get clothes that buff your RCT by 5, 6, 7 - that's equivalent to 50, 60 or 70 points in Focus, and that's a lot.
Right now, just for Rifles, it's about Focus and Belief.
Don't bother with a rifle - use a Stinger instead. It's a shotgun, so it gives RCT instead of taking it, and has a nice focus buff. It's also armor piercing, so it tends to do more damage than a high level rifle.
Focus is good to have, but the clothes are more important. What you want is the top Pandoras Box arc 3 item - Squad Leader's Shirt. If you're having trouble hitting people, load up the IS clothes and the RCT shirt, and turn the +10 RCT ability in Rifleman on. You won't have much IS for specials, but all you really need to do is use Cripping Shot and then free fire away.
And your rifle buffs won't work in interlock because in interlock only MCT and melee damage works whereas in free fire its only RCT and range damage.

Wrong. If you use a gun in IL, RCT determines your roll. You want to have Sharpshooter loaded, though.
