Falling kick (kung fu)

I cant remember the name exactly but it was somit like falling kick in kung fu and it makes you enraged

However when i use it, it says that they are enraged but some reason they roll out still

Is this a bug or is it because my perception is low

Please help

Enraged is bugged. Powerless works though so try that.
