anyways a few people have said this does more harm than good, opinions people ?

Well it does let you roll higher but when you would roll slightly lower you can roll as much as 40 pts lower. But on the up side at lvl 50 you can roll well over 320 with only 40 perception.

I foud that this really helps for the lower levels (up to around 20) but after that it will start to progressively hinder your rolls. At level 50 I roll consistently *higher* rolls when it *isn't* loaded. If I have it loaded and duel someone without it, they will win the second they land the first hit in the fight. When it's not loaded, the fight isn't so predictable and either side could gain the upperhand at any moment.
