abilities fried or am I missing something ?

Issues, can't buy Iron Guard, can't buy Kung-Fu.

Probem 1 -

Ability Tree/Abilities page, Abilities tab

Under Core Abilities, sub heading Soldier Abilities,

Multi Fighting is listed twice. <----

Problem 2 -

Ability Tree/Abilities page, Abilities tab

Under Core Abilities, sub heading Soldier Abilities,
Martial Arts Prowess is listed as level 1 on the Core Abilities side, but on the Equipped Abilities side of the page it is listed as 12.
I have tried unequipping it and reequipping it but it stays lvl 1 on the left, lvl 12 on the right. I think this might be the source of the rest of my problems.

Problem 3 -

Abilities Trees tab, Martial Arts Abilities page
the Top most, entry level Skill (with an arrow pointing up towards Soldier) says Martial Arts Expertise, the lowest box, directly
between and under Guard Breaker and Iron Guard, is labeled Martial Arts Initiate. I am not sure, but I feel like there might be a mistake here.
BTW, the Expertise level is 12.

I can't buy (it's not on an Operative vendor for me) the Iron Guard Skill even though I have met the prereq,
Martial Arts Expertise 12, listed in the box.

Same area, I can't seem to buy Kung-Fu eventhough I seem to have the PreReqs for it also....unless Iron Guard might be a prereq.

Checked and rechecked, even did a system check from the login page, no use, problems still there.

Anyone able to help with this, it's really crimping my game.

The lowest level vendors don't have the abilities you are looking
for. You need to find the "Tier 2" vendors. I don't
remember off the top of my head but I think there is one in Sai Kung
Central and maybe one in Westview (Lucero probably).

Hope thats some help.

Alternatively you can find someone who can craft the abilities for you, which would probably be cheaper.

Oh, by the way I think you'll find that you have two copies of those abilities, hence they're showing twice. The one you've levelled is the one thats loaded, you may as well sell the other.

If you ever have trouble finding abilities and are on Syntax, just gimme a tell and I'll craft it up for ya SMILEY

Edit: Oh, and yes, there are supposed to be two seperate abilities. One upgrades melee damage, the other is the tree capping ability which give +90 health and +5 CT.
