Both www.mxoarchive.com and www.mxoresource.com indicate Hound as the Dog Pound leader in Lamar, however, I've recently checked it out and his name was Big Dog.

The 'Big Dog' was a new addition from the information that was already out there since beta.
Also on mxo resource it says Seven is the boss of Center Park and Morrell when I saw him in Vauxton and I saw Marcel in Center Park instead of Creston Heights but those neighbourhoods are close to each other so they probably just spawned there by mistake.

I once had a mission boss named Gayboy and I thought it was strange that the devs would put dialog with swearing in it and give NPCs names like this when they didn't want us to use language like that.
What they don't want us to do is starting personal wars at the forums, and especially to use such expression for this person.
Big Dawg was an update, correct. But Hound drops the key more often.
Now if someone could just list the correct coords for him, I'll be happy as can be.
