I was thinking about making one of these guys and i want to know what stats should i add to make him good?

These days, the most common option is to give max the two stats that give damage and accuracy for your kind of attack, for knifes i think reason and perception. A kinda different option is to follow this cool guide.

Master Knife Throwers are a good tree if you can handle it. The tree does take skill, though some people claim MKTs is weak untill they get put down by one.

you need to find a combo with MKT, something that lets you access the damage, b4 the nerf, MKT was abit repetative I think, now with the states it's not as bad

MKT Pwns all. . .It's true, you need to learn how to use it or else you'll find yourself on the cold ground on mara from losing in duels all the timeSMILEY

Just like any other skillset, you can learn it with practice and do well in a variety of pvp situations...not all situations of course, but then again, no skillset truly is.

*Edit: I also forgot to add, if you plan on fully leveling as a Spy, it might go a bit slower.  Don't know from personal experience, but I know some that have tried this and have said it takes longer it seems.

Leveling as a spy is actually quicker from what I've seen -- you have access to disguise to avoid being killed by neighborhood mobs, sneak attacks to just take out the boss and leave. And if you do Infiltration instead of Assassination, you can use lockpicks and hacker to just whip through the mishes really quickly.

What he said!  I still have a loadout that uses spy and hacker to run missions with the lowbies that is a life saver.
