Ok so I started leveling, and I was putting points into Awakened, then I saw I could put into Operative. I am making an Assassin, so I put into Operative now. So, both have 2 points, but where do I stop? When do I stop putting into Awakened and just put into Operative? Thanks for the help.

Ideally, you need to level all your abilities. Yes, that means it will end up costing you more each level, but that's just how it works.
Of course, technically you don't have to level your abilities, you'd just be insane not to.
Ok I see. I'm used to being restricted to how many skill points I can use, or how many boxes I can get. If I get them all, then that's easy enough. Thanks for the explination.
