I have seen people's characters with their hands behind their back when they stand still. Are there any other postures and how do you activate them?

there are various mood states you can have your character in, while in the matrix.
click on the purple button, next to the chat wiondow,then emotes and then moods for a complete list (you can only activate the ones up to your correct level)

There are twenty moods in all I believe. I think the hands behind the back one for male RSI's is stoic.
You can also change mood with the command /mood instead of the button method on the chat window as detailed above.
For example:
/mood stoic
/mood sexy
/mood drunk

I have a list of all the moods on The MxO Archive as well. And the one you mentioned with your RSI's hands behind his back is called /mood regal.
Also, I just found out that if you want to get down on your knees and
stay there (unlike the /kneel emote that lasts for all of four
seconds), just do /mood fidgety and then /sit.

for some poses u have to be a certiain level to use them
Drunk, regal and normal are pretty much the only ones you'll see male
RSIs using though. Although wounded does pop up from time to time.

Thanks for the help but don't you think most of the moods are stupid? Some of them I like when you stand still but when you run you look silly. So I'm sticking with normal, it may be common but maybe thats because its the only sensible one.
