DON'T delete him, at the very least wait till the combat revamp as we will no doubt be getting another RSI attribute reset kit.
In the mean time just focus on a new char, and use Dep as a mule if nothing else. I mean, really, how bad can a char be? We all screwed it up one way or another, I've seen you fighting and you didn't jump out as particularly more or less sucky than I or anyone else. 
So finally, you have 3 slots per server. Hell, go off and make 2 new chars on recursion, but don't delete dep or at least I wouldn't. Knowing we'll be getting an attribute reset kit. As for the "look" and "feel", eh, I play a girl char, who am i to tell you what to do there. 
Maybe the devs will eventually and finally get around to allowing us change our look.

I wont delete him.
Since I got to 50 like 2 weeks ago, I'll keep him.
