Finally succumbed to the dark side, need some tips...

I coded myself nearly all of Ballista.



I ran out of into leveling it to my current level (45) so tomorrow (err
later today) I'm gonna build up some more $info and finish leveling it
up.



the most I can get my VT to is 147, this is with:



Execute Program lvl 12

Resist Viruses lvl 17

Stand Off lvl 30

Code Branching lvl 35



Whitfield Mk II Program Launcher (headwear)

Whitfield Mk II Program Launcher (tool)



Tigerskin Coat

Blackwidow Threads or Spider Dress





So when I get it all to my lvl, what kinda VT should I have, and does
anyone have any female VT buffed clothes they'd like to trade or sell?

With my current setup, I got my IS regen to 89%.



I am 1 bar from level 45, so I doubt I will be able to use my newly
obtained hacker abilities to kill Gargoyle in Widow's Moor and try to
obtain some stuff.

Got my VT up to 345.



Transmit Virus lvl 35, Execute Program lvl 46...



I had $10,000,000 info, now have about $100,000 after leveling those 2 abilities that much.

level transmit virus and execute program as far as humanly possible.
You want to get to the orange cap on VT, otherwise you don't have too
great a chance in pvp.



Having said that, that sounds fine for NPCs.



Clothing tips - Theres a +40 VT shirt, and a +20VT +200 health pair of
trousers. Get them. If you're on Syntax gimme a tell and i can supply
them for you.

Is there a female version of that 40pts VT shirt?

Boots w/ 12pts

Dress w/ 20pts

There are male and female versions of all clothing now. It just has to (a) be found and (b) decompiled and passed to other players. Chances are, (a) hasn't happened or someone isn't willing to decomp/pass it around yet.

But the patch just before the transition placed clothing into the game that matched all existing clothing, just for the opposite gender. So it's out there somewhere...

The "tool" launcher, seems to currently only be on the hostile server. Whether by accident or not, it doesn't appear to be on the other two.

That won't be that easy, if not near impossible. His VD is too high to solo him as a hacker. I had about 70 points over max, and still I only managed to land every 8th attack. If your stun doesn't connect first time, run!!
