Hey yea one is better and in what aspect im trying to work out...what i strongly want to go guns is because there is this kind of guy on the mervs side with missions he has this black and white confusen thing and i cant hit him many times and hes 2 levels below me!!! though gun works better so i dont know whats better guns or matial arts

i would say martial arts is better, a good martial artist could usually beat a good gunman well in my opinion.

it depends, u cant say 1 i better than the other...MA is good for
interlocking, gunmen get disarmed and then lose out in interlock,
however, good tacticts in interlock can help a gunman win, and win
easily. it also depends which type of gunman you want to be, or if you
want to go martial arts how u want to fight.

rifle for instance is very good long range and with good tactics can
survive in interlock, but is more suited to long range, duelist (my
fav) is ok outside interlock, but does very well in interlock if you
get the right combo's of specials etc in.

aikido MA style is a tank style and deals hi dmge and mows thru
defenses, howeva has less special moves than the others, and more
special buffs that, for example, increase toughness for 10sec or things
like this, and karate is swift; fast kicks, lots of kicks, however a
lot of the specials depend on the opponent being in a state, eg dazed,
staggered etc.

So there are pluses and minuses to each and every tree u go down, it depends how u wanna shoot/fight

well...i love duelist cuz i get some higher rolls with it and has some awsome specials(dual pistol execution) but if your going up against a kung fu and he gets that extreeme falling kick on you. ur pretty much done for. nothing you can do exept roll out and wait tfor it to go off

but then again. if you get the stun off first. you can just keep rolling specials for ever. all depends on why gets the specals on a roll first...at least most of the time

smg: if you get the root of first. there nothing he can do exept block for 30seconds. really sweet. but then again. smgs dont have many specials in IL. but IF that roots land. you have a good chanse of kicking some *CENSORED* SMILEY

But in theory...everything is just as good. just need to know what to use and when. and have some luck. you can never say: oh karate is the best. duelist is the best. it all comes down to how good you are with it and a little luck. good luck with your choice. hope this helped you a little

I do karate and I am able to beat a higher level (by 1 to 3 levels)
duelist easier than a martial arts. SInce when do fist work
better than guns?

Gunman can own Hackers, Hackers own Martial Artist and Martial Artist own Gunman, Coder gets owned by everything in PvP and Data Miner owns all.

u can have the 2 but 2 hanguns are the best way i find to kill i can have lvl's big than me handguns SMILEY

If you find a good Gunman, and your stupid enough to start the PVP at a
Distance, the Gunmans jsut gonna blow you too pieces before you get
close to him, however, if you manage to Interlock, the best a Gunman
can do is continue throwing highrollers and blocking or attempting to
Escape, but then again, if you didnt Disarm the Gunman, even in
Interlock, youve got some problems.

if you wanna go for interlock pwnage go with MA cause guns lose stability but wrist throws and suicidal butterflies dont.

if you dont like IL go with rifleman/sniper. havent tried it yet but it looks fun sniping people from the mara c rooftop.

To be honest it all depends on yer attributes if you have high percep then yer gonna be a gd MA if u have gd focus then yer gonna be a gd gunman. but it's always gd to do a MA wid a gunman as it gives u RCT and MCT

it's pretty much all just down to knowing your tree, whichever you decide to use. I've killed 50 fu masters at lvl 41 w/ duelist...........and i've got my *CENSORED* handed to me on the same account by someone a lvl lower than me. Just pick which you think you'd enjoy most, and give it some practice, you'll soon figure out the do's and don'ts of fighting other discipline players.
