After you find the computer with the message "ALL THOSE WHO HELP NIOBE WILL DIE" and the Effectuator shows up, the computer will let you hack it!

The message you get is :

Ok umm so of course I have no idea what that means hehe but it has something to do with Andromeda SMILEY

Wasn't there a mission not too long ago with computers that had percentages on them or something? I will look through my pictures SMILEY

Oh I think a lot of people notice it but they just didn't say anything SMILEY

I noticed the sound too after they die and it looks like a lot more code floats up from them when they do SMILEY

Well the only one I found was in the Chapter 4.3.4 machine mission there were some computers with percentages on them that really didn't do anything.. one of them said "Processing...73% complete" but I don't really think it has anything to do with this SMILEY
