Just did the critical mission=finding the key *SPOILERS*

Well I just did the critical mission to look for the key, it was very
sweet. But at the end it said that it was located at Moriah Projects
East. So I went back to mission contacts and there was no more critical
missions to finish looking for the key. Am I suppose to keep on doing
standard missions to finally get to finish the critical mission?

Yes, Zion has temporarily gained control over the Key I think. Well thats what happened in my critical mission anyway.
