Three organisation's exist from the movies that we know of, the game already makes little use of any of them in a manner that gives any individuality. A split means further removing the game from the movies and will dilute the inter-organisational story so that individually it becomes negligible. Niobe was a supporter of Morpheus and therefore Neo at the end of Revolutions so her leading a group opposing Neo would be ludicrous....this is the most potentially damaging story to date...sadly it still looks to be happening
