My question is this: what would they do with Neurophyte if they ever opened up more servers? Any new servers wouldn't have gone through the Choice and Consequence event. Some might feel that it's unfair that the "older servers" had a choice in the matter.
Agreed.
On Method, we spared her life and joined the machinist cause. She became a good friend of ours. I'd hate to see that lost.

This way the storyline follows the same as the majority of the servers from the merge, and allows for change so it can once again become like how it was on some other servers (for example, machines capturing Neurophyte.)
Regarding the event on Method...
We didn't capture Neurophyte, we rescued her. And we kept her safe from the Mervs and the Zionites calling for her blood, and screaming for the Assassin to kill her.

Yep,

I didn't realize anyone actually received the killcode. What does it do? Can you use it in PvP?

saved her and then voted to get the killcode. While I didn't vote to

around.

Yep, I apologise I used the word "captured" when I understand the Machinists were the quickest to rescue her on your server. My mistake. As a machinist though, would you be fine with it if she became Zion again with the chance for every organization to... persuade... her to follow their cause?
I don't mean it in favour of Zion (I play all major organizations with 3 characters, so I am in part Machinist too) I just mean it as a way to clear up the storyline due to the merge by following what happened on the majority of servers.

That's

I believe it's simply her "machinist" look.

RSI changed on method? She used to have longer blonde hair but during
the last event it was short black hair? I have been trying to find some
information on it but I never have

My theory is that her "machinist" look has something to do with the manner in which she was saved. According to what she told us during the event, the killcode she carried somehow bonded to her during the recovery process. Not only did it enhance her, but it also altered her consciousness in some manner.
