Erased - by myself.  I'm erasing everything of mine out of this thread.

I don't want anything in here anymore.
If Rarebit doesn't want me around - then so be it.  I have pulled ALL of my artwork from this (his) sketches thread as well.

EDIT: Took some time - but cleaned up my hosting gallery and comments thread pic links.  Well, as much as I could anyway.  Everything of mine is now associated only in my own RSI on Demand thread.  Like I said it would.  It is redundant to have it sitting in here AND in there at the same time anyway.

Still ... meh.

I hate having to remove stuff.

Hm...

I'm pretty sure his nose is breaking laws of perspective, since you should be seein' some under-nostril from a front view like that, unless maybe you were zoomed in real close over the bridge of the nose, only then there'd be funky telescoping perspective effects for being in so close...so yeah, breakin' the rules, just like he told me, only unintentionally.

Also I couldn't figure out a way to do a reflection of a single character seen head-on in glasses like that without it making him look cross-eyed. Maybe if I'd done like really fine cross-hatching... Eh. Other attempts were...worse. :p

EDIT: Hm, now I've had a couple thoughts occur to me about the cross-eye effect. For one, although I wanted the image close-up, I could have stretched things a bit and sort of drawn the reflection angle as if the point of view was farther back, so the reflected images wouldn't have had to converge toward the center as much.

Second, it's interesting that I've got used to thinking of the "point of view" as a single point, like a camera lens; if this was the image from human stereoscopic vision, then each eyeball would be directly in front of each reflective glasses lens, so they'd be viewed straight on (by at least one eyeball) and the reflection could be drawn in nearly the exact center of the lens (the reflected left eyeball would be in the middle of the left lens, and the reflected right eyeball in the center of the right lens)! I guess that's how I'd do it if I ever drew something like this again. Only I suppose if you wanted to be really realistic about it you'd need to fudge things somewhere down the middle where the eyeballs viewpoints would overlap, or...hm that would be funky--not to mention, hard to draw.

EDIT 2: Heh couldn't resist changing stuff. :P

*scratchhead* After I've drawn it the Wookiees won't go out of my head. Is it just the gun or my mohawk? Hmm....

Eeeergh .... Happy Valentine's Day.

Have some candy ...
Who doesn't love those little candy message hearts?

dam.ned Valentine's Day.   I guess I'm a sucker for actually having a sentimental side sometimes.  yuk
Sorry its just a sketch version.  Just didn't have time to make a real snazzy version.  I would have loved to, but ... it was kind of a spur of the moment thought.

Got bored in my Research class, and I can't have my laptop out in there.

So instead, I sketch!

1. Stick-figure Datamining
2. Stick-figure me upon getting my first Headgear
3. Attempt at me wearing random jacket and Love Anniversary shirt

I missed seeing that style, Sykin.

I'm at work and don't want to be, so I made a quick speedpainting of how Pyraci's appearance due to recent events.

Finally a final version of my work on the previous page, that I'm happy to put up.

(every time I try to work on this some interruption pops up. Stupid job.)

Misfit (and Bunny) FTW... she should re-sub.

Well the last few things I've done have all been other people's sketches... so I've decided to doa few that are 100% me again.

phiAU... on the way from sketch to final lines:

Nice work there Phi, and as always Pyraci!

However, it seems like interest in drawing has decreased substantially over the last year as opposed to the previous year SMILEY

Oh and to follow the rules of the thread so I can reply.. fear my godly inability to actually draw!

#36300538173 01/25/2009 16:27:26 Re:MXO Sketches

Will not let this thread go into Hiatus again! Even if it means I have to constantly show myself up with doodles to keep it on the first page or so ¬_¬

A quickie (not that kind you filty animals! SMILEY) Doesn't look to bad for the amount of time and artistic ability I have if I can say so myself SMILEY

#36300539165 01/29/2009 14:30:39 Re:MXO Sketches

Mhmm, kind of addicted to this drawing thing now, find it a nice way to end the day to just scribble down in photoshop.

Again nothing special compared to 99% of other people, but hey I keep on spamming this thread until I get told to stop ¬_¬
