Since I'm fairly new at signature creation, I formally request that an outside source craft one using the screenshots provided.

Thank you, but when I engage the Control+U command, and when I subsequently press F12 to capture, the screenshots do not save to my computer.

My gratitude is infinite in its sincerity, Dragonram, thank you for your contribution.
After some experimenting and frustration, here are some...improved....screenshots.
In order to avoid any confusion, my character's handle is Draqe.
