/second sky that story would have improved it. If you're going to toss in the "sex" emotes, you could have made them part of the story. Hero defends lover from *CENSORED*, for instance, or romance interrupted by jealous villain, or challenge match ends in romance. Whatever works for you. We all love the combat and the emotes in this game, or we wouldn't still be here, but it is nice when something ties them together.
FWIW, I actually like the Mortal Kombat song, so I suppose that makes my taste questionable, but I liked where you fit the action to it.
