Supernatural Hunter

MetaLogic steps out of the Hardline in Gracey Heights
one of the roughest neighborhood in MegaCity. Agent Gray wanted him to
take out a Lupine strong hold in the neighborhood. He looks up at the
night sky, and takes a cigarette pack out of his coat pocket and lights
one up. He then takes out his nine rounds revolver, which was silver
and had a long nozzle. He named it Carolina, after his home state. He
loads up the silver bullets into Carolina. He puts the revolver back
into his chest holster. He takes out his two normal revolvers from his
wasit holster and loads them up. He knows it's going to be bloody, and
he knows that he'll have to use his bullets wisely. He calls his
operator, stream, aboard the hovercraft Sephiroth. "How many are
there?" He asked. "There are several, it seems like they're having a
meeting of some sort." replied Stream. He hangs up his cell and
chuckles. "Those Lupines are stupider than a stack of potatos."





The meeting area is an abandoned basketball courts, and in the center
was the ring leader of this Lupine gang, "Thor". Now MetaLogic knows
that he can't just go in there running and shooting, that how the last
hunter got killed, of course he was just a strong headed kid that
didn't listen to the more experienced hunters. Meta hyper jumped to a
nearby apartment building's roof and blend in with the shadw that the
water tower was casting in the moon light. He couldn't make out Thor's
speech, but he was getting cheers and howls from his followers. Meta
begins to sweat alittle, he knows that he only has one shot to take
down this gang, and he knows that they are hindering the Machine's
progress to take back this district. He slowly pulls out Carolina and
wraps his hand around the warm handle of the gun. He puts his index
fingers into the trigger hole. "Thor" was the most powerful Lupine in
the meeting, so he was going to have to take out some of the lackies
first. He takes one of his other revolvers out from his wasit holster.
He spits out his cigarette and slowly he brings his normal revolver up
to his eye. He squeezes off a few rounds and the lackies falls to the
ground. The Lupines are now stirred. One of them spot him and hyper
jumps to the top of the building. Meta jumps up and fires three bullets
into him and kicks him dead. He then jumps off the building firing into
the lower level Lupines. His body slams into the ground and he takes
out his other revolver and starts shooting at the more upper level
Lupines. However they out numbered him. He quickly changes out loads in
his revolver and contiunes to fire them at the Lupines, but they were
clawing at him and injecting him with posion that could cost him his
life. He holster his normal revolver and starts firing off Carolna with
the Silver Bullets.





Suddenly he realize that only Thor and him were alone. He checks
Carolina and realize he had one silver bullet left in this round. He
would quickly change into a round that was already loaded with silver
bullets, but Thor was faster than him. He was screwed. "Well well well,
I guess you are the new hunter they sent after me." Thor said with a
chuckle. "It doesn't matter though, because I've been hunters in the
past and I will beat you. The only thing you did was to manage to
survive longer than the rest. And I know you only have one silver
bullet left, so, what are you going to do Hunter?" Meta slowly holster
Carolina and looks at Lupines. He lets his hands fall to his side, as
he evaluates his situation. He knew he had to take Thor out, if he
didn't he would be back with a new and stronger gangs of Lupines. He
quickly draws his two revolvers and starts shooting them off. However
Thor lunged at him and hits him hard. Meta falls to the ground and
jumps on top of Meta. He claws his face and body and he could feel the
Lupine virus being injected into him. Thor leans closer and he breathes
on Meta with his hot breath. "So, what are you going to do now Hunter?"
Thor asked. Meta shows a smirk on his face and he quickly draws out
Carolina and shoots Thor in the heart. Thor falls back and to the
ground. Meta slowly gets up and changes out round in Carolina. Meta
slowly walks up to Thor who is on the ground he puts the barrel of the
gun at his head. "There will be others, not just Lupines, but Vampires
too. You can't expect to fight them all." said Thor. "Shut up and die
already." and Meta pulls the trigger. Meta slowly walks back to the
hardline and quickly exits the Matrix.

((I will be adding to this story.  Basically instead of creating
new post for every story I come up with I'll just add them to this
thread.))

Chapter Two:  Some New Hauntings

After exiting
The Matrix, Meta is loaded into the loading area.  A cold steel
table appears and he sits on it.  "Don't worry this will just take
a minute." says Stream.  Stream then loads up a healing program
that heals Meta RSI and rids him of the Lupines virus.  "Tell
Lugubrion and Umbrion that Thor's gang is taken care of."  said
Meta as he is being healed.  "No problem."  Meta steps off
the table and jacks back into The Real.  He steps off his chair
and rubs the back of his head.  The jack still itches some, but he
is slowly getting used to it.  "That was some skill you showed
taking down all of Thor's gang with just three revolvers." says
Lug.  "Wasn't that hard, like I always say, take out the friends
first and the rest is easy as Cake."  state Meta.

Later,
in Downtown Chelsea Meta is sitting on top of a building, overlooking
the Condo complex.  He takes off his black void sunglasses and
looks at the entrance.  A woman comes out of the entrance, she has
piercing in her eyebrow, lips, ears.  She has blonde hair with the
front dyed pink.  She's about the same height as Meta and has one
brown eye and one hazel eye.  Meta takes out a small camera with
adustable lens, he gets a closer look of this woman, and he takes a
picture.  The woman looks in his direction but apparently does not
see him.  This was Meta's wife, Elizabeth, back when he was a
bluepill.  He lets out a soft sigh and he puts his sunglasses back
on.  Suddenly he hears footsteps, he slowly gets up and puts one
hand on his right revolver.  "Don't even bother Mr. Summer, you
know as well as I do that no one can beat an agent in here."  Meta
slowly turns around and faces Agent Gray.  "My friends and I
were very impressed with your performance in taking out the Lupine
gang, we never seen humans operate with such efficiency."  "Yea,
and what do you want now?" Meta asked Sharply. 
"As you know we
are far from removing these "supernatural" enities as you call
them.  We still have Lupines, Vampires, and others." 
"What others?" 
"There's
a new form of exile that has come to play in The Matrix, they are
Ghosts.  You won't be able to take them out with Holy Waters,
Stakes, or Silver Bullets." 
"So, what will take them out?" 
"That, we do not know, that is where you come in Mr. Summer."
"Where are they located at?" 
"They are located at Bathary Row." 
Meta let's out a sigh, "Ok I'll do it." 
"Excellent, we are most please." 
Agent
Gray begins to walk away, when he stops, and turns his head sideways
"Don't worry Mr. Summer, she is protected from EPNs and Exiles." 
"Good, because if anything happens to her..."
"We know.."

Meta loads up his guns, and Carolina and hyper jumps off the building to a Hardline, next stop Bathary Row.

Chapter Three:  To Catch a Ghost.





Meta steps out of the Bathary Row W. Hardline and he looks
around.  The area is mostly docks and wearhouses.  He could
smell the sea from here, and he coughs.  He hated that
smell.  He knows that in order to beat the Ghosts he has to get a
weapon that'll work on them.  In order to do that, he'll need at
least one body in order to get the Ghost's code.  He draws out his
two revolvers, and he sneaks around corners.  He spots a low level
Ghost.  All alone and out in the open.  Meta is
suspicous.  "Stream, what do you see, all I see is one Ghost, but
I don't trust this."  Says Meta into the Cellphone.  "It
actually looks clear to me."  says Stream.  "Well
ok..."  Meta was unsure, but he's gotten out of tough situations
before.  He lines up his sites and shoots his revolver.  The
ghost starts firing back with his rifle and Meta starts firing both
revolvers.  However, Meta was right, it was an ambush! 
Several higher level Ghosts started appearing out of nowhere, and they
started firing at Meta.  Meta was able to get the body of hte
lower level Ghost and starts running.  "Stream, I need you to get
ready to beam up one body at the Bathary Row W Hardline, you were
wrong, it was an ambush!" yelled Meta.  "Ok ok, I'm working on
it."  Meta sees the Hardline and he leaps to it, he stuff the body
into the hardline.  However he doesn't quickly dissapear. 
"God any day now Stream."  Meta turns around and the crowd is
approaching him.  He quickly draws out his revolver and starts
firing them off.  Then the body is taken out of The Matrix. 
Meta quickly enters into The loading area.





"Jesus Christ Stream, could we be a little bit faster next
time?!"  growl Meta as he takes off his coat and shirt. 
"Sorry dude, it's not a normal hack, you know that." replied
Stream.  "Well no matter, just heal me up and let's take a look at
this body."  Meta jumps up on the table and is healed up with the
healing program.  The Ghost's body is put on another table, Meta
walks over and looks at the body.


 "He looks human to me, I don't see what's so special about this."


"Well let me scan his code.  If we're going to look for a kill code, that's where we'll find it."


Stream scans the body, and he comes back "Wow, this code is similiar to
the assissan code, it seems to be a mixture between his code and the
code for The Twins." says Stream.


"So, part human, part flies, and part Ghost."


"Yep, basically.  We already have a "bug spray" that was used to
take down the assissan, I think if we modified that it can be used to
take down the ghosts."


Meta walks over to a smal table that just popped up, holding a gun that
looks like part gun and part injector.  There was green goo inside
of the injector part.  "This should fire like a normal gun, but
instead of bullet it lets out a small green goo.  Once the goo has
made contact with the target it spreads throughout the body and kills
it."


"Good, then I guess it's time for a loadout change.  I want you to take good care of Carolina, it's a rare pistol"


"Don't worry Meta, Carolina will be fine."


Meta puts the new gun into the chest holster and he is put back into Bathary Row.





Meta steps out of the Hardline, and is greeted by a bunch of
Ghosts.  "So, you boys want to dance?  Well, let's dance."
says Meta.  He smirks alittle and then draws out the new gun and
starts firing it.  He then draws out one of his revolvers and
started firing.  One by one the goo hit the Ghost's body and
spread through it and causing them to die a horrible death. 
However he was soon cornered and the ghost was surrounding him. 
He was regretting leaving Carolina behind, but he knew the bullets
wouldn't work this time.  All the sudden, Lugubrion and Kavos
landed by his side.  "What are yall doing here?"  ask
Meta.  "Stream told us you were in trouble." replied Kavos. 
"Ok enough chat, let's take these freaks out!" shouted Lugubrion. 
Meta started firing his pistol and injection gun again, Umbrion picked
them off with his rifles and Kavos spawned demons to attack them and
provided coders attacks.  The three men worked their way towards
the middle and then they spread out dividing the group and conquering
them one by one. 





Kavos, Lugubrion and Meta stood in the area surrounded by dead
Ghosts.  "Whoa, alot more than I thought there would be." Meta
stated.  "Yea, well even Supernatural Hunters need help from there
friends from time to time." says Lug.  "Well I am glad you guys
showed up, I'll tell Stream to distribute the gun among the
faction.  Look like we got a new tool to fight these exiles
with." 


"Yep, but for now we need to get our rest." says Kavos.  So the
group walked to the hardline and jacked out into the Real, not knowing
that the exiles were about to get their revenge on MetaLogic. 

Chapter 4: Trouble Brewing in Hel. 





"So, it's all agreed, MetaLogic must be stopped!" screamed Valimair a
Vampire gang leader from Manssen Park.  "Yes, but how?  He
has Holy Water, Silver Bullets, Stakes, and now the plasma gun. 
He's also quick on his feet and with his hand."  said Rik, a
leader of another Lupine group.  "There has got to be a
weak point, he is human afterall.  A crafty, fast paced human, but
still human." quiety pondered Amityville, the leader of a Ghost
Gang.  "Perhaps I can be of some help."  Merovingian steps
out from the shadow and approach the three enities.  "Amityville
is quite right, he is human, and thus is suspectable to all the humans
faibility.  To defeat this MetaLogic, you must take away something
that he holds dear."  Merovingian then take a picture out from his
coat pocket, it is a picture of Elizabeth.  The three men look at
one another and smile, and all four of them started to laugh.  "I
will send out a team of elite guards tonight, we shall hold her
prisoner in my dugeon." Merovingian says as he walks away.

Elizabeth is sitting in her condo watching the latest news.  She
is eating popcorn and petting her cat Spike.  "In other news,
groups of people who believe they are werewolfs or ghost are turning up
dead in Westview, and it seems it is done by a single person, however
they do not know who he is or how he was able to take down a gang of
several people."  Elizabeth sighs and she looks over to the end
table at the end of her couch.  There sit in a crisp and sharp
silver frame was a picture of MetaLogic embracing her and holding her
close.  She slowly picks up the picture and embraces it, she sinks
into her couch and starts to remensance.  On that day, her and
Meta were playing football out in the field with their friends, he
playfullys tackles her and they roll over on the grass, he gets on top
of her and they look into each other eyes and smile, and they softly
kiss one another.  "I love you Elizabeth, and I always will."
softly said Meta.  Later they had a picnic where Elizabeth was
seated in Meta lap, their friend took the picture.  She wakes up
from her day dream and sighs.  She will never forgive herself for
yelling at him the last time they saw each other.  It was just
over something stupid and trivial, the fight shouldn't have happened,
but it did, and Meta has dissapeared from her life. 





Three sharps knocks startles Liz, she walks towards the door and opens
it up "Who is..."  Two strong Elite Guards grab her and tape her
mouth, arms, and legs together.  "Say anything and you will be
shot, do I make myself clear?" growed one of the guard.  Elizabeth
nodded.  The two guards carry her outside where she is thrown into
back of the van and they drive off.  "Did you leave the
disk?"  One of the guard asked as they were driving.  "Yes,
let's hope he finds it."

The next day Meta arrives to Elizabeth Condo complex, only to find it
surrounded by police cards and yellow tape.  He walks towards the
building but it stopped by an officer.  Meta shows his badge and
is let through.  He gulps down his breath, hoping that Liz was
alright, but as he approached her apartment, he realize that there was
something wrong.  He approached one of the officer.  "What
happened in here?"  He asked. 


"A girl, by the name of Elizabeth M. was kidnapped last night, one of
her neighbors saw it.  Apparently two men carried her out threw
her in a van and drove off.  After that she called 911 and here we
are."


 "Anything left behind?" 


"Just a disk, addressed to The Hunter"


"Can I see it?" 


"Wish you could, but some guys in black glasses and suit already took it." 


"Oh, well thanks" 


"No problem."





Meta walks back out and phones Stream.  "Is Agent Gray in?" ask Meta. 


"Yes he is, and several other agents, they are having a meeting at the Kalt building apparently."


 "Ok, thanks."





Meta picks up the Hardline phones and is soon transported to Kedemoth
C.  He was going to have a little talk with Agent Gray.  This
was a breach of their contract, their agreement, which, to Meta was
unacceptable. 

Chapter 5: A promise broken. 



"So, one of Anome's associate have been taken care of right?" 
Asked Agent Gray.  Six Agents and Agent Gray are in a meeting room
in the KALT Chemicals towers.  "Ok, so Zion and our operatives are
taking care of the Anome situation, perfect."  states Agent Gray
reading from a file.  MetaLogic suddenly burst into the room and
slams his fist down on the table.  "You got some explaining to do
Gray!"  Agent Gray stood up, "What is the meaning of this Mr.
Summer?" 

"You know very **bleep** well what this is about!  You told me
that Elizabeth was protected, you told me she was protected from Exiles
and EPNs!  Yet, two guys were able to kidnap her out of her own
condo!" 

"Ever since the truce, The Architect had to come up with a new
equation, that equation gave everyone more freedom, and making the
system more flawed." 

"That is bull**bleep** Gray!  You have hundreds if not thousands of
Agents in this system, one should've been there to stop them!" 

Agent Pace stood up, "While I am sorry for the kidnapping of Elizabeth,
we are unfortuntly tied with the Anome situation, you do realize that
the vials they have are a threat to The Matrix." 

"Whatever, just hand me the disc and I'll take care of this myself."

Agent Gray reach into his pocket and toss a disc to Meta.  Meta picks up the disc and walks out. 



Later in MCPD Headquaters, Meta sits down at Umbrion computer and loads
up the disc.  At first it did nothing, but then the computer
started showing a encryptic message.  After some work, and several
lines of code entered, Meta was able to clear up the message. 



Dear MetaLogic, If you want to see Elizabeth
alive again, then you must come to Club Hel and surrender your
"Carolina", your stakes, all of your Silver Bullets, Holy Water, and
your plasma gun.  You have twenty four hours to comply, or else we
will force awaken Elizabeth, and she will die in her pod. 



"Those
bastards!"  MetaLogic decides to send a message to all of MCPD for
an immediate faction meeting on the roof of their HQ.
