It's not on the soundtrack or the score. And it is niether of the songs you listed. It sounds a little like a remix of something by Enigma but I can't narrow it down any further off hand.

It's "The Eyes of Truth" of Enigma. It's a long music track, from which they took a (fantastic) part and put it in the DVD's menu and in the Matrix's (first old) trailer.
