If u are talking about the notes the guy drops in the combat training,
those disapear from your inventory when u jackinto the matrix.....If im
wrong about that i dont think there is a collector in Mega City that
recives them.

No, those were just generic mission items. When you clicked "Upload" on
the hardline the item disappears and that's how you finish the training
mission.
