If I'm simply reiterating something known, apologies. This is the first I've heard of this, and I thought I'd ask around. If this is indeed news, well, I'm glad I could share this with you.
Ok, interesting thing happened at approx. 12:10 AM PST. I was at Kaede field beating on some Sleepwalkers and investigating the site. Well, not a moment after having finished of the last wave did I hear two distinct noises: the first sounded like sheet metal being dragged along, flopping a bit. The second sounded like heavy, rusty machinery starting up. This sound lasted longer than the previous one.
I had no other programs that could make similar noises going at the same time. Ideas, anyone?
