At one point it was, but then monolith deleted that forum, there gone now.

There are a lot of links to articles that I would have loved to have reviewed. That forum was a tremendous repository for information.
considering that any forum is more than the sum of its parts...
i would imagine that if the need arises...the forum quality here can match that of the previous...
or hopefully surpass it
