Thank you for cheers, however I regret to inform you that this ban was supposed to be fully lifter, but I couldn't figure out how to get it out of the accounts system. Best I could do was figure out how to get his account bumped down to "suspended". As soon as I sober up and get home from my day job tommorow, I will be spending the majority of my time looking for a fix to this problem. The accounts system is very tricky and overly complicated for such a simple concept of account status control. I apologize for this inconvenience.
