So heres an Idea:
While everyone is running around with no one to answer to, why not build a three faction organization (1 zion, 1 merv, 1 machine) that puts people to trial for crimes comitted against not only one another but against the matrix world as a whole?
This process will be here for those that really choose and support to keep peace with all organizations, and will help align a bond of trust through everyone involved.
Once a council is formed it can be stowed upon them what rules they would like to set and what kind of conduct they would like bestowed in honoring this system.
Done stricly by role play and planned out (except the outcome of the trial) and would help to ammend such hainess crimes as: treason, merciless killing, and any other rules set by this council.
Player events can be spawned more often as by setting: warrants for people's arrest, bounties for fugitives ((even create crews under these factions stricly for bounty hunters) merv's for merv's, zionite's for zion and so on) and wanted posters (that you can pose for and be posted on the forums).
So now bad A's can prove and show how bad they are, and we can all prove that as one no one can bring us down!
