and u will need a sakura ninja bandanna (50 viral deflection) and hacker glasses (20 viral deflection) u can get that from a collector called mikah from edgewater central , downtown , u will need 18 rat tails.
then u will have max rct 35 and 400vd perfect gear for a master knife thrower i think anyway what u all think post ur idea here all are usefull.
