These have just started to show up on the Marketplace, so I know someone has managed to decomp it... Unfortunately, I don't see one there for less than 4 mil, and I'm not prepared to pay quite that much for one. Anyway, the buffs on the version I'm looking for are as follows:

5% Melee Physical Damage Resistance
30pts Max. Inner Strength
5% Ranged Physical Damage Resistance
Vitality 3 lvls.
