also sub-section b aritcle 14b0932 states " you owe Apsu 1 million info if Regulus states "You will be back" or "Told ya you'd be back" or any varient of said statements; also if any other poster states within their post stating the "Regulus Rule", i.e. "you will be back" ect., shall be considered the same as said statements from Regulus."
