So this is my two cents in all this banning fiasco..

This is what comes up before you start the game and click accept

game play, chat or any player activity whatsoever which we, in our sole discretion, determine is inappropriate and/or in violation of the spirit of the Game.

So basicly they you can say what you want and if they see it as inappropriate they ban you so why was who ever called Boboshanti a **bleep** (The Offensive Way) not banned.... because a CSR didn't see it as being inappropriate... its stupid... and i want people to read over that EULA and see what they think because that is a VERY poor EULA imo..

Now this is the World of Warcraft EULA

that is alot more Fluid and is not as Sloppy as this SOE EULA for MxO unfortuanly that wouldn't stand in a court.... thats all i want to say

After about 3 years of MMO experience, it boils down to this:

The company lets you play their game -- you play on their terms. I'm
pretty that in every EULA, the words "including (but not limited to)"
are over-used in such a way to allow the company to bend their own
rules a bit. /shrug :smileyindifferent:
