Megacity Can it be made more Realistic ??

Megacity is supposed to imitate a city in the 20th Century but does it really ?  Should the devs do more to make it seem more like a real city  other than something out of a comic book? Wot would you like to see in Megacity to make it look more Authentic to the belief that it is a 20th century City. The pedestrians all look like they are law abiding citzens , You never see a car being Jacked or someone  running past an old woman and snatching her handbag.
