We know that certain areas of the Hacker tree do not play nicely with the rest of the Disciplines. After much deliberation, we decided that Hackers will remain unchanged in the short term. Since we’re overhauling the current combat system, it doesn’t make sense to spend a lot of resources balancing the Hacker tree at the moment—we would only have to rebalance them after the combat changes are implemented.
However, we also know that something needs to be done in the meantime. So we’re adding a temporary measure to help players deal with Hackers: A new consumable which can be used while in a pacified, stunned, or rooted state. This pill will clear the negative effect and return movement control to the player and will have a medium to long reuse timer. It won’t level the playing field completely, but should make the current situation more tolerable while we work on implementing the proper solutions.

Why not fix this first, instead of trying to aid us with consumables that wiill only get us ma,rm,smg, and duelist players killed quicker? We'll be dead before we can use the thing. The problem with hackers is the main reason (besides lack of content) that is killing of members IMO. Who wants to pvp when you have load up their max vd and hog up so much memory that you can only load up partial karate master/kungfu master/akido master or whatever else is suits your fancy.. Dude, i love fighting someone wth max vd and spamming the crud out of Sidekick Combo just to get some hits in.. I know you have to sacrifice, but this is ridiculous. You shouldn't have to ruin gameplay just to stay alive for five minutes in game. 
I wouldn't know what to do if logged in and went to mara c one afternoon and saw everyone pvping in interlock with pistol, smgs, and ma. And, omg freefire with pistols, rifles, and smgs.. i would totally poop the pants..
