Morpheus' Legacy is a good choice too. We do extensive Role Play and we have some of the best PVPers on the server. We have about four coders that will hook you up with what ever you need. If you're looking for a great group to play with, I'd suggest Unity also. We roleplay and pvp extensively. If there is something happening in Vector one of us is always there.
