We are bringing back a blast from the past. DJSandman of The Collective was the first to start the Duel Redpill tournaments that became famous and copied. The Collective is bringing it back. The first major duel tournament post CR2. This is a new world now. Anybody can win this tournament, not just the hardcore players from before CR2. Everyone is on a level playing field again.
What are the rules you ask? There are no rules with one exception. Hackers are not allowed in this tournament. There will be no logic bombs or devastation fields. You must use your hands, feet, and guns. 
This tournament is going to give you a chance to display your entire combat skills. You will be allowed to use buffs, tactic boosters, clothes, and anything else at hand. Also you may not use proxy's (Gothique). This is a one on one battle.

If you want to use hybrid builds then do so. If you want to roll out, then roll out. If you want to be a sniper then be a sniper. The person who comes prepared the best will be victorious. You have a few weeks to go collect the best clothing, and figure out the best buffs for your build. You will actually need a team to help you out. You must supply your own buffer.
Why are we doing things this way and wy does it cost so much to enter you ask? Well it seems that people in PvP have been complaining lately about getting ganked. The most common phrase is this, "It took 5 on 1 to kill me. I can beat any of you one on one, especially that noob Sattakan." Well now is your chance to prove that you are indeed the best fighter in MegaCity. Prove what you say in front of everybody with info actually on the line. Nobody should use the lack of $5 mill as an excuse not to enter. Everyone should have at least $5 mill and if you do not then you have a few weeks to raise the info.
How do I enter or signup you ask? You must signup on these boards. You must get in game and take a picture of your RSI, and then come back here and post that pic in this thread. This is the official signup. This is not some after party throw together tournament. This will be coordinated. The winner of the tournament will be recognized by TC as the best fighter in MegaCity, and then we will host another tournament later on to see if someone else can claim that title.
This tournament will be moderated by myself and Sneaker, which means that we will not be in the tournament. However we are adding a bonus to this fight. The winner of the tournament will get the entire $100 mill at least. However I will put an extra $20 mill info of my own money on the line if that champion can beat me. I win I get nothing, I lose I give up another $20 mill.
Now here is the twist. Any fool can get lucky and win a duel. So each match will be best out of 3. Can you be consistent?
Not everybody reads these boards so please pass the word around and direct your friends back to this thread. Remember a picture of your RSI is required. For those who wait until the last minute and want to enter the tournament at Debir court the entry fee will be $7 mill. It is time to PUT UP OR SHUT UP. Anyone caught "Style stacking" or exploiting in anyway will be disqualified. Let the fighting begin!
