Player Run Event - Retrieve the Operative

((nice use you the tutorial program! Honeslty, this is the first that I have seen someone use that to their advantage for planning an event.))
Due to the other player-run events occuring this weekend, the Retrieve the Operative event is being rescheduled.

I might just have to jack in for this one, sounds like fun and I do
actually like the lack of any information other than an image and a
reward posting. Makes things a little extra spicey and that is just how I like it.
