Due to the Transition and people needing time to get ready for the battle we have pushed back this event one week.

All other details are the same.

Date : August 28th 2005 Sunday
Place: Brown Field Keade
Time: 3pm Pst 5pm Central 6pm East (Or until event is over)

Heres the rules :

Get your best 6 fighters,
(We will take a survey of how many members factions have etc, numbers maybe adjusts at a later date)

We will have two opposite Org come to the center of the field
and on one of the Refs mark will begin and turn on their flags not before.

Teams will begin to PVP as normal with the exception of this... :
No outside help is allowed from faction members, No healers healing etc.
You may use anything you wish during the actual battle, etc.
But when you die YOU ARE OUT and must leave the field and stand and watch

If anyone dies and returns to the battle their entire faction is disqualified.

So to recap:
the two teams battle can use ANYTHING they want in the battle, but cannot have outside help.
Once a team member is killed they MUST step out of field.
There will be three Neutrual Refs watching and taking screenies to make sure these rules are honored.

Please leave your faction information here, and remember the entry fees must be paid in advance.

As you can already see we had to postpone this event for a short
while. We apologise for this inconvenience but 1. the
transition has meant we have needed a little more time, and 2.
Before the forum wipe a few flaws in the organisation were brought to
our attention and these are things we would like to sort out.
This was mainly regarding the possibilty of outside interference in a
PvP match.

We would like for this event ot run as smoothly as possible and it will mostly rely on the responsiblity of the players.

Just thought i would add that as there were some good suggestions in
the old thread, which have unfortunatley been lost. Other than
this all will be going according to plan and we will keep you updated
here.

I look forward to seeing you all there,

Though I won't be entering the contest myself (my faction doesn't lend
itself to having enough members for this sort of thing), I do plan on
showing up to watch the fights. I would also offer my services as
far as security goes (My faction is currently in the Security
business), I may not be level 50 yet, but I'll do in a pinch.
This is an awesome idea, and barring any problems or hassles I bet it
could be really successful.

W00t! our faction, The Unreal Armada, planned this in our "Awakening of the Unreal" coming out event back when we were still WBIE. At the time it was new and original, pushing the limit @ 5 vs 5. The increases team number is even better. SMILEY

Unfortunatley ours was canceled due to pvp disruption from a few dissatisfied players. **cough** Colibri **cough**

It's still an awesome idea. What's the prize $info up to?

The Collective is now helping to put on this event. We will be moving it up to September 4th. All clans or teams that wish to participate please post your team.
