Using Code Frags to raise coding ability

I thought I had seen something in the Update notes about being able
to decompile or something else to Code Fragments and that would
raise you coding level.  I went to try it last night and I was not able to
decompile the code Frag.  Has anyone tried this?

I would of put this into the Coder part of the forum, but that is not

visited very often.
