I want to try something in the useropts.cfg file but i can't find it anywhere- i think it's because it's too late and im too tired. But nevertheless- can someone tell me where it's at- and duh, i know it's in the Matrix Online folder lol

Well I don't know how enforcable it would be given what he's done, as the docs in the root directory specifically outline how/what to do to create a useropts.cfg. If they didn't intend for users to customize it, they would not have left instructions to do so...
However, any further than that and you have a good chance of a perma-ban. I believe (although I can't verify since they're no longer here) that certain individuals posted up info and links to hosted custom config files, and have since ceased to exist in a poof of logic, as well as any instance of the thread discussing said files is gone. Just don't cross the line of acceptable use, and advertising, and you should be OK (SOE, want to clarify/comment on this?)
