Before you think this a stupid thread, I'd like to say that I'm a level 20, and all the Agents I owned today were level 255. Now, as you drool over that for awhile, I'll support my totally awesome theory with pictures!

Just to clarify, yes, I did send in a bug report, and no, I won't exploit this (except when hunting Agents).
