if this has already been posted some where in the huge forum, don't flame, because i have never seen it.
the easiest way to convert some one to zion from machines, or any other organization, have two(2) people from the faction meet the person who is going to be converted. Person#1 from the faction leaves the faction, Person#3 who is going to be recruited to the faction invites Person#1 to his/her crew, if this is not done, Person#3 CANNOT be converted. once Person#1 & 3 are in a crew, they MUST make a mission team. once they are in a mission team the captain of the crew(Person#3) DISBANDS IT! now while they are still on the mission team, Person #2, invites Person #1 back to the faction and then Person #1 recruits Person #3 to the faction. should be pretty easy, it can work with any organization. if you need a demonstration(i doubt it) meet at Dannah East. coords are
