Ok just a thought here...
ok we have a community of like 50-60% of players running out of 'content'.....
with the latest revamp the mob levels have been increased.....
if SOE does this for international and downtown then gangs downtown could be upto lvl 60+?.....
bingo theres ya content?
or would international be similar lvl's to westview?
and downtown be what it is now?
