downloaded the patch, no wonderful email system, and my hotbar is now completely empty. nice work SOE!! :smileymad:

Here we go with the whining.
not whining at all. just that i worked hard on my loadouts, macros, and such so i'm just a bit miffed is all. i do hope they fix at least that much.

Should all be sorted out soon. I figure they aren't even in the office yet to know there's a problem.
Sorry to jump the gun then VAP0R. I just tire of seeing the threads that go something like "we need this, this needs to be fixed, bleh bleh bleh," only to crucify SOE when they give us what we want and there is a problem with the patch.

If this patch empties all the hotbar then this is a VERY serious problem.
I didn't download the patch yet. But hotbar is very important and my
all ten hotbars are all full with macros and abilities.If the patch
deletes them all it would take hours to rebuild them.
Well i will see it in a few minutes the patching is about to finish.
I hope hotbar bug does not happen to me

It didn't delete my hotbars...but email doenst work.
I send 15 mails from my char to my other char.
All abilities and pills.

I think the fact the email isnt working properly is more important than
your hotbar, hotbar's can be replaced and re-organised...but items can
be lost in the email system....

Posting about the problem in the forum, unfortunately, will do nothing
to fix the problem in game. The best way to alert the CSRs and
Devs is by submitting /ccr bug reports in game. While I know it
gets the frustration out by posting it here, I just thought I would let
you know how best to get the issue resolved.

What penguin said. Stop whining, it's a very good patch, you're purposefully looking past the major points to focus on the minor bugs!
Ive done both, Ticket got the generic "We cant help you send a bug" responce and the bug report has yielded nothing yet
Well, the servers went down now. I think they are fixing it.
