This is for all those who are Captains of a Ship, what do you do to look after your crew, how do you assist them? what decisions you make? Im interested to know how many people uphold their positions and take them for what they are (rather than just" im a captain" and thats it).....also this isnt about faction leaderes, thats a completely differetn thing, you still have a crew, how do you look after your crew?
