The MAtrix Online is a very graphical game, and there is quite a bit of detail if you go around and look at it..., now however some people never see it, because of graphical settings that have defaulted, i know this from speaking to others... also some lower the graphical levels for playability......
Myself I run pretty much Low Graphics, shadows and pedestrians off, when doing missions, pandoras, pvp, and switch grpahics high when just chillin, or taking screenshots, rarely will i turn up the pedestrian count....
and low settings for any Live Event
