Pics of the Assassin 10 mins ago on Recursion

I was at Southard SE when I saw a level 53 Corrupted, I attacked and when I spun my camera around whom do I see but Porcelain mask himself. I tried to interlock him at least 6 times all he did was back away. It wouldn't let me interlock him and not once did the Assassin Attack me. He only watched as I fought the Corrupted. At this point I called for help and he started to run as backup arrived. We gave chase and followed him to Gracy Central where he went offline.
