You know i am soooo sick of this crap! What crap? u may ask.... Well everytime someone posts a topic with a ligitamate complaint, people shoot it down like its bull, or they are trying to stick up for SOE. "Its hard to code a big fancy game like this" , seriously... give me a break. SONY for those of you blind to reality, IS A HUGE COMPANY WITH CRAP LOADS OF MONEY AND RESOURCES; plus, i bet if you took all the monthly fees and game purchases for mxo and multiplied it by the amount of customers, u would get a very big number. So... i ask, where the hell is all this money going??? obviously a small fraction is going to development, but as we can all see, not enough. I would bet its filling peoples pockets, instead of pleasing the customers who spend their hard earned money on this game. I don't know about any one else... but when i pay money for something, i don't expect to be pushed asside or left in the dark and thats exactly whats going on here. WTH ever happened to the zen master collector, "later date" uhhh.... WHEN?!? no news...., god awufle customer support..., and uneasy feeling of being robbed.
Walrus rarely answers any questions on the forums. I know some1, right now, is saying goto to the support page, yea for what? another automated message, or i can have one of the customer reps tell me to quit the game (actually happened {rich}) becuase i feel the customer support and game development problems are unacceptable. hah! Not once in my life have i ever delt with such a company, u might as well spit on me, take my money and tell me to shove it up my *CENSORED*! because thats the only message i'm getting here. I love this game, don't get me wrong, but in the real world... customer service like this is almost criminal, especially since there is a monthly fee involved.
there... i had to vent that, Hope u get your crap to gether soon SOE, becuase this long time customer can't take much more of this.
