i was missioning with my faction mates when i got a message from the merv!! and no one else got it (anyone else get this?? anyone else get it and hear it better than me?)

I think I know what you've experienced, because it's happened to me before. What happens is that someone was doing a "Meet with the Merovingian" mission in the same building you were in. When they play the message, it actually broadcasts so that you could hear it as well.
hmm possably but i was the only person in the building out of the over 5 that i was with
If there were over five people in the building and he was the only one who received the message, it's completely illogical to say that it was a broadcast.
...depending on how far away from the other people the receiver was...?

did the HUD pop up and show the words he was saying?
If not then it wasn't intended for you and was a broadcast. If it was intended for you then the words would have popped up on screen so you can read them as well.

Dude stop asking him to tell you what he said on the forums let alone tell you at all. I doubt he is that dumb. Although there is always the possiblity he is lying or there was a bug.
