Faction chat is bugged

another great patch for MxO.....blech......fix **bleep** pls don't make more
problems....again.........SOUND LOOP!....oh i luv the random game
crashes....thought we were done dealing with MonoLiths(sp) problems

This bug is different than the old crew/faction bug.  You don't get the error message stating that your crew data could not be loaded.  The crew/faction information panels also appear normal.
