Ok heres an idea about crafting clothing....

When you decompile an item you get various codes,

You get the actual item code,

the colour code,

and the seperate attruibuts/buffs codes,

E.g. you decompile "Red Slacks, with a buff of 20VD", later on you find "White Avero Coat, with a buff of 100HP", you would be able to decompile both items and get all the seperate, colour codes, actual type of clothing code, and attruibutes/buffs codes.

In your write code tool you make the actual clothing code, and than next you use a new tool called "merger", this allow you to combine your colour codes and attruibute/buff codes to the actual piece of clothes.

Also there be a new vendor and new drops on the goons you kill around mega city that drop the new colour codes, and some atruibute clothes.

Hopefully this will allow everyone to look diffewrent instead of seeing hordes of grandmasters all wearing a green t-shirt, black coat and red trouses.

Ok now about the actual city layout, ive been in most buildings either through missions or just general looking for a faction hideout.....

Come on this is a bloody city, wheres the diners, cafes, hairdressers to change our haircut, car sales shops, resturants, yeah i know u find like the odd bar or clothing shop but u can do nothing in them, tattoo parlors to get new tatoos.

Ok than say it....were in the MATRIX we can programe ow we look from the hovership, if thats the case than why dont they allow crews/factions to have an hovercraft each (accessible through HL)this way we dont need faction hideouts as we have a hovercraft ingame to retire to
